foot of retail marketplace. It has been designed to serve 20 million passengers
annually and can support 250 daily departures. It continues to be at number one

accumulate loyalty reward points each time they travel with JetBlue. The points
accumulated will not expire if the passenger travels within 12 months of last

million registered TrueBlue frequent flyer members.
Over the years, JetBlue has emerged as the most admired airliner in US. Last
year it was ranked as the “Highest in Customer Satisfaction Among Low-Cost
Carriers in North America” by JD Power associates.
JetBlue has been an airliner with marked differentiation. It offers free
