About Dallas-Fort Worth Airport
Dallas-Fort Worth Airport is one of the busiest airports in US. Close to 60
million passengers fly in and out of Dallas-Fort Worth Airport each year. It is
spread over 18,000 acres of land. It has seven functional runways and one
helipad. Airport maintains five terminals with best in class on-ground
facilities. It serves as the hub for three major airliners in US, namely -
American Airlines, American Eagle Airlines and UPS Airlines. Cabs, taxis and
rail network connect passengers across
Dallas to the airport.
Facilities
The new International terminal can accommodate more than 30,000 cars in the
parking lot. Passengers can avail car rental services from bet in class service
providers including Advantage, Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, EZ Rent,
Hertz, National and Thrifty.
Information desks are available on terminals. Multilingual support across the
terminals is available for passengers. Money changers, ATM's and postal services
are available inside the terminal. Internet kiosk, fax and photocopy options are
also available for the passengers. There are many shopping and eating avenues
inside the airport. Terminal A and B provide duty free shopping avenues.
Personal grooming services - massage, manicure and saloons are available inside
the terminals. Wheelchairs and other equipments are available for disabled
passengers. Airport authorities have to be informed well in advance if needed.
